We believe for now the recovery of Coconut receipts and harvest is the single largest factor affecting the price of raw material Virgin Coconut Oil and Desiccated Coconut as a whole. Granted that coconut harvests are improving on month to month basis from the effects of the El Nino as it continues to rain, we are now entering our typhoon season and therefore need to be very careful on our forward bookings. I believe that over time, there is a big chance that prices will be correcting, but it will not be as fast as everybody thinks because there is still a large backlog of orders and demand for coconut products are at an all time high and will continue to stay high in the future as people are now realizing that coconut products as a whole are healthy and here to stay.
